I like to brainstorm and let my imagination run its course — this usually opens up to new and exciting avenues that lead to success within the Halfords Communications Team.
My core values of listen, learn and share drives me in my role where each day is different on our team where we must turn information into art. . I aim to find new ways to engage with our colleagues, whether it’s a poster, email, video or notification – we make sure it’s communicated well and lands with our audience. The Halfords motto is, “Treat customers like family”, which extends into how we treat our employees as well. With this mentality, we’ve seen a boost in morale and high engagement among our teams.
