Hill Dickinson partners with Bright Horizons to help enhance staff wellbeing
London, April 20, 2022: Leading commercial law firm Hill Dickinson is reaffirming its commitment to staff wellbeing in a new partnership with Bright Horizons. The Work+Family solutions and education provider will provide all UK-based Hill Dickinson employees and partners with a range of services including back-up care, expert one-to-one advice sessions on combining work and family, and a wide range of online resources.
The pandemic has had a huge impact on the way staff expect to work and this has important implications for both workers and the companies that employ them. Research by Bright Horizons shows three quarters of working parents carefully consider their childcare and eldercare responsibilities before accepting a new job or promotion. Working families now expect more flexibility from their employers in both the hours they work and the locations they work from, and they increasingly look to their employer to support with care as a necessary part of the business infrastructure.

Through the partnership, Hill Dickinson staff will now be able to access Bright Horizons back-up care for 10 fully subsidised sessions. This includes all types of care, such as in-home care for children, adults or elders, in-centre nurseries, childminders, holiday clubs and virtual tutoring. They will also have access to the Work + Family Space, which has an extensive range of online resources, as well as one-to-one advice through Speak To an Expert and Care Choices. They will also be able to book babysitters through Bubble.
