We will explore why traditional, face-to-face coaching could have been inadvertently contributing to the gender gap at work, and how coaching at scale via an app can change that.
We will look at data on male and female leadership and ask ourselves why we still see an imbalance at the top of our organisations and institutions. Finally, we will explore Ezra’s data on diversity, equity and inclusion and consider how this informs how we can set up programmes to support minority and/or disadvantaged groups, and give majority groups safe spaces to explore their own relationships with diversity, equity and inclusion.
