Employee and Customer Engagement Directors Forum – December 5
The stage will be set with an opening keynote from Jonathan Austin, founder of Best Companies and the man behind the influential Sunday Times Best Places To Work programme – he will be followed by Tanith Dodge, HR director at M&S and a key member of the Government backed Engage For Success Task Force set up by PM David Cameron and now up and running as a key resource for those working in employee and customer engagement.
The Directors Forum will look closely at the role of leaders and line managers in employee engagement with presentations from Kirsten Alfes from Kingston University and also Jane Sparrow, former head of employment at Sony and the author of a new book on the subject.
Also involved in the Directors Forum will be employee engagement specialists who have worked at the likes of HSBC and Cable and Wireless and a fascinating case study from Lisa Sibley, employee engagement manager at Essex County Council.
It’s going to be an interesting and illuminating day and if you want to arm yourself with some winning employee and customer engagement strategies for 2013 and beyond I urge you to attend.
