Canada Life Group Insurance is expanding its YouTube offering with a new video series called ‘Interview With’. The series showcases interviews with each of Canada Life Group’s third party service providers, answering commonly asked questions about the service. This will include interviews with representatives from Best Doctors, Red Arc and Health Assured (formerly Capita Health and Wellbeing).

Employers and employees are able to access these third party services as part of their Canada Life Group Insurance policy. The videos will help end-users to better understand the services available to them, how they work, how they can be accessed and the type of support they can expect to receive.

The videos are also a useful educational tool for advisers. They provide a simple, easily digestible summary of the main benefits of the added-value services available through a Canada Life Group Insurance policy, aiding discussions between advisers and their clients.

The launch of the video series is well timed following the Financial Conduct Authority’s recently announced initiative encouraging companies to deliver smarter, more effective communications. One of the ways they suggest companies could do this is through the use of video.

Canada Life Group Insurance launched its YouTube channel in January 2014 and now has a collection of over 60 videos and webcasts. The webcasts include product and additional services information and the ‘Group Risk Toolkit’ series explains some of the more common group risk queries regarding things such as making a claim or medical underwriting.
