More than 350 delegates attended our Evolution of Work and Internal Communications conferences last week with both conference halls full and universally fantastic feedback from delegates, speakers and sponsors alike.
Delegates at the conferences, held in tandem at the Park Plaza Victoria, learned from organisations as diverse as Mercedes Benz, Thomson Reuters, OVO Energy, Formica, Missguided, Public Health England and Twitter.
Both conferences focussed on how technology advances are helping change the world of work and how we interact with our colleagues while at the same time highlighting that the human factor is now arguably more important than ever.
A typical response to the day came from presenter Sian Cargan international internal communications director at CDK Global: “I have been to a number of Internal Communications conferences over the years, and this was by far the best.
“The agenda you put together was really excellent, a varied mix of case studies from people with different challenges, different backgrounds and with different budgets to play with.
“Some were very inspiring stories and I took an awful lot away from the day. Thank you for organising such a great event.”
Never ones to rest on our laurels we are now planning our flagship 2018 Employee Engagement Summit on May 3 next year.
